How it works

AI keeps the competition calendar, so you can focus on your project.

  1. 1. The web is scanned

Claude runs live web searches across TEKNOFEST, Coderspace, Youthall, universities and municipalities, as well as global platforms like Devpost, MLH and Kaggle.

  2. 2. Details are structured

Announcements are turned into consistent records with title, organizer, deadline, event date, location and prize fields; duplicate records are merged.

  3. 3. The calendar updates itself

Deadlines are compared with today's date on every visit. Expired competitions move to the archive automatically, and those in their last days are flagged and rise to the top of the list.

When a scan finishes, the results go straight into the list and the scan button locks until the next scan window; meanwhile everyone sees the same up-to-date list and API costs stay under control.
